Client Usage Help Sheet
If you would
like to check the progress of your campaign online, go to www.clientmessaging.com
and logon using the username and password provided.
After you
logon, click "Promoter" on the top of the screen. Then
select "Campaigns" from the side menu. You will see
the latest campaigns at the bottom of the screen.
The numbers
across the screen are as follows:
Sent-Total processed
Undeliverable - Bad addresses
Bounce - Bounced addresses
Opened - HTML opens tracked
OptOut - General Opt-outs
Remove - Global opt-outs or replies with profanity
Clicks - Unique clicks. Only one per message is counted here.
If you want
to see the details of which links and message formats your customers
are clicking on, click on the "Click Report" link to
the right of the campaign. The query may take a few seconds to
run. This screen will have a single character on the left with
a description and numbers to the right. Below is a legend of characters:
Click Type

B- Bounce
C- Click
D- Bad Address
F- Out of Office
N- Miscellaneous Reply
P- Open
R- Remove
U- Unsubscribe
V- Move Notification
The Description
is the message format and link clicked on such as "AOLHomePageLink".
